THE PROBLEM

Salomon wanted to create an event in order to celebrate the outdoor and trail's culture. An event anchored in the company's objective: making the brand more emotional and experiential.

And so Salomon O.U.T Festival was born; the first outdoor festival organized by a brand- and a real meeting place for all outdoor enthusiasts.

OUR APPROACH

MNSTR developed the strategy, creative and media buying for this local activation in Toulouse around the Trail Running, Freeski and CityTrail (naming, identity, outdoors, bus design, websites, goodies, street marketing …etc.)

IMPLEMENTATION

From November 11th to December 11th the OUT Festival created a month of Outdoor's culture celebration in Toulouse. This festival celebrated all the Outdoor disciplines: trail, climbing, hiking.

The launch took place in the Toulouse UGC with program that combined films with the chance to meet Salomon's superstar athletes: Kilian Jornet, Seb Montaz, Edgar Grospiron, Michel Lanne and the Bon Appetit collective...

During the 4 weeks of the festival meetings with athletes and Salomon team's experts were organized in selected stores.
